At Ki Tov, each item is made on demand, which means we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your size and product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with:

✔ Photos of the issue
✔ A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details
